The top 100 NZ TV shows of the 21st Century (80-61)
A locally supercharged Antiques Roadshow, our longest-running kids quiz show and a hot bed of generational talent take out spots in today's countdown
Welcome back TV fans,
After yesterday’s list was published, the comments section has thrown up calls for justice for Game of Bros and Suzy’s World, but otherwise, so far, so well received.
Today, we get to the shows ranked between 61 and 80 in our countdown.
We’ve got a locally supercharged Antiques Roadshow, our longest-running kids quiz show and a hotbed of generational talent.
As you journey through our countdown, you can also note whether you've seen any particular show and whether you want to watch one in the future. You can then email yourself a list of shows you want to watch.
At the end of each article, you can share your scorecard with the number of shows you've watched. Return each day and get a total for the full 100 at the end of the week.
The comments are again open for Spinoff members. Catch up on yesterday’s list here.
See you tomorrow for the halfway mark!
Ngā mihi nui,
Alex Casey and Tara Ward

Not every show could make the list or could get the number one slot. To fight for the fallen and the forgotten, we also have an exciting live event on October 31 in Auckland at Q Theatre. Join Alex Casey, TV stars Kura Forrester and Rhiannon McCall, and The Spinoff’s Stewart Sowman-Lund and Lyric Waiwiri-Smith as we each argue our case for why our favourite low ranking (or entirely excluded) show is worth a prime slot in our television history books.
Yes, yes on Hounds … should it have been top 20? The greyhound trainers ball is the episodes that stays with me … never to be rivalled.
